FALL PROCESS PAINTING WOMEN'S GROUPS
BEGINNING OCTOBER 2nd and 3rd
These groups are for women who are ready to get real and are inspired to create change from the inside out. It’s for women who refuse to settle for the isolation, perfectionism, and judgment among us and who are willing to literally get messy and courageous in the pursuit of a better way to be with ourselves.
You're exhausted by your inner critic.
You're constantly judging yourself to the point of being STUCK.
You always feel pressure to produce, perform and succeed.
You feel disconnected from yourself and others and find yourself wishing you had a community of creative women who could support you.
Numbed out, bored and shut down from your creative self.
You’re committed to personal growth.
You’ve begun to give yourself permission to examine and meet your needs, fulfill your desires and invest in the rediscovery of who you are.
You're ready to get back to that creative energy that lives within you.
The passion in you needs an outlet. You are looking for a safe container where you can practice showing up courageously and speaking your truths aloud.
Here's the trickiest part.. Very little is going to change until more of us recognize that we’re worthy…
…worthy of having our needs met.
…worthy of feeling seen, heard, honored, and understood.
…worthy of rich, safe, soulful connections.
…worthy of letting go of our stories that no longer serve us.
... worthy of feeling ease.
What to Expect:
6 or 8 weekly groups that will meet in person at the studio for 2 hours on Wednesdays from 10AM-12PM OR Thursdays from 6PM-8PM.
You are BUSY. All materials will always be provided so you can just show up.
1.5 hours of painting with content rich discussions that will support you through your journey within your painting.
Opening and Closing Circle to feel supported, empowered, stretched, celebrated, seen, heard, encouraged, respected and honored.
Paintings that are completely unique and authentic to you that hold pieces and stories of who you once were, who you are now and who you are becoming.
A life line back to your creative self. An awakening of energy that you thought was gone forever.
Real, live, in-person connection with other women who are on similar journeys of self discovery.
It's time to reconnect to our wholeness, our internal sense of self, our creativity and to one another.
