Hello Creative Soul,

One of the most frequent comments I hear when people are considering joining a group are:

I have no artistic talent

I haven't held a paintbrush since kindergarten

I'm not creative

And all the more reason to join us!

What if being creative was less about your final product and more about giving yourself permission to get curious and experience yourself in a new way? What if it was less about "good" or "bad" and more of an opportunity to try something different? What if there was a space that encouraged you to trust your intuition so you can play in the unknown?

If we look at creative expression as a way of being and interacting with the world rather than a final destination, we are inviting in a sense of freedom, timelessness, flow, energy and spaciousness. You don't need to be 'A Creative' to be creative (Patrick, 2020). It's not a precious modality reserved for the few, but rather a meaningful experience accessible to us all.

You are invited to come as you are, find balance within life's demands and turn inward for creative self-discovery and recovery.
