It's here...the time of the year when we have the opportunity to consciously choose where we want to put our focus, attention and energy for the upcoming year. If you've been feeling stuck and craving time for self-discovery, expansion, and creative expression in a community of other people looking to do the same, then please join us!

YOU are invited to carve out time for YOURSELF this New Year.

At Wild and Free, we create a judgement-free, sacred space with continuous flow and little interruption to support self-reflection. In our groups, we practice the art of slowing down with simple things like settling into quiet, noticing your thoughts and sensing your body/feelings, all through our beautiful tool of paint!

This is not your typical art class and there is no technique taught or model to follow. Instead, your intuition and authenticity are the experts. We prioritize taking risks in the safety of our painting and courageously expressing ourselves over pesky perfection.

You are invited to come as you are, find balance within life's demands and turn inward for creative self-discovery and recovery.
